Let's train together!
I am not here to sell you an 8 week plan or pill that will magically transform your life. That is not the answer to lifelong change that will help you Liv Fit.
I am here for those that want to learn how to eat well, move more, build strength and feel great about their body.
Whether you are new to exercise, or returning to fitness after injury or looking to progress in your training ; I am here for you
If your goal is to lose weight, or gain muscle; I am here for you
If you are recovering from illness, have had a baby, or have a specific event to train for; I am here for you
If you want to train for your mental health as well as your physical health; I am here for you.
And after all that, if you want to keep your muscles mobile then my sports massage treatments are here for you too
I haven't always been into fitness, five years ago I was a very overweight stay at home mum, to three children under 5.
I had no clue about exercise. All I knew is that I didn't want to be out of breath when I got to the top of the stairs. And so my began my journey to be a little fitter.
But what I got was so much more. I found a passion for teaching group exercise, a love of lifting weights and a new found confidence in myself.
Fast forward to today; my children are bigger and I have now been training, treating and teaching clients since 2018.
I enjoy every minute of my job, whether that's standing at the front of class, treating sore muscles or working with my clients 1 to 1 in my garage gym.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult.
I will work with you to create a tailored plan with specific targets. From here I will work with you on a weekly face to face basis to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I want to change your view on fitness, so that you don't see it as a chore. I want it to become a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits every day, you will reach your goals, feel great and ultimately Liv Fit
