I am not here to sell you quick fixes or unrealistic plans.
I work with people who want to feel stronger, move better and build confidence in a way that fits their life.
Whether you are new to training, returning after time away or ready to take things further, everything is built around you, your goals and your starting point.
And at Studio 22, my private training space in Abingdon, you can train with me without pressure, distraction or feeling out of place.

You might want to lose weight, build strength or simply feel more like yourself again.
You might be coming back from injury, navigating life after having children or trying to prioritise your health alongside a busy schedule.
You might feel low on energy, unsure how to fuel your body properly or stuck in a cycle of overthinking food and training.

Wherever you are starting from, I will guide you, challenge you when needed and support you every step of the way.

I have not always been into fitness.
Nearly ten years ago I was a stay at home mum to three young children, feeling out of breath walking up the stairs and not really recognising myself.
I did not have a plan. I just knew I wanted to feel better.
What started as small steps turned into something much bigger. I found a love for training, a new level of confidence and a passion for helping other people feel the same.
Over the last few years, I have taken my own training to another level by becoming a natural bodybuilding athlete, competing at both a national and international level, including placing 4th in the world in 2024 with DFAC
Now I work with clients 1 to 1 from my private studio in Abingdon, built where my garage gym once stood, helping people build strength in a way that fits their life, not takes over it.
Because feeling strong changes more than just how you look. I am proof that it carries over into everything else you do.

We start with you.
Your goals, your lifestyle and what is realistic for you.
From there, I build a plan that fits around your life, not the other way round.
Sessions are focused, structured and designed to help you progress, while building confidence so you can eventually train independently too.
