For nearly ten years, I taught group exercise classes at Abingdon Sports & Leisure.
Those classes were where I found my voice as a coach. They taught me how to lead a room, how to adapt and how to help people feel stronger, even when they walked in unsure of themselves.
Over time, I realised that the biggest changes were not just happening during the class itself. They were happening in the conversations before and after. The questions people asked. The understanding of why things work, not just what to do.
That is where my focus has evolved.
With the opening of Studio 22, I have stepped away from teaching classes to focus fully on working with clients one to one. I still believe in the magic of face to face coaching and the impact it can have.
But I have also seen just how much confusion there is when it comes to training and nutrition.
My coaching has always been about helping people understand what they are doing and why, so they can build strength in a way that actually fits their life.
This is where my guides come in.
I am building a small collection of simple, practical resources designed to give you clarity, confidence and a place to start.

If you are trying to eat better but feel overwhelmed by all the noise around nutrition, this guide will simplify it for you.
Inside, I break down what actually matters when it comes to fuelling your body and your family, without cutting out foods you enjoy or making life harder than it needs to be.
Built from real coaching experience, this is for mums, teens and anyone who wants to feel more energised, more in control and more confident around food.
No extremes. No overthinking. Just real-life nutrition that works.

I am building a small library of simple, practical guides to help you understand your training, your nutrition and how to build strength in a way that fits your life.
More are coming soon.
